Basic Usage for SIP-T46G/T46S

Place Call

Using the handset: 

1. Pick up the handset. 

2. Enter the number.

3.  Press OK  , the #key, or the Send soft key. The # key is configured by default as a send key.

Using the speakerphone: 

1. With the handset on-hook, press

2. Enter the number.

3. Press OK  , the #key, or the Send soft key. 

Using the headset: 

1. With the headset connected, press or the line key to obtain a dial tone and activate the headset mode. 

2. Enter the number and press.

3. Press OK  , the #key, or the Send soft key. 

Answering a Call 

Using the handset: 

1.  Pick up the handset. 

Using the speakerphone: 

1. Press .

2. With the handset on-hook and the headset mode deactivated, press the Answer soft key.

3. With the handset on=hook and the headset deactivated, press the line key with the fast-flashing green LED indicator

Using the headset: 

1. Press .

2. With the headset mode activated, press the Answer soft key.

3. With the headset mode activated, press the line key with the fast-flashing green LED indicator.

Answering when in Another Call

If you have an active call, and an incoming call arrives on the phone, do one of the following:

1. Press the Answer soft key.

• The incoming call is answered and the original call is placed on hold.

2. Press  to access the new call.

• Press OK or the Answer soft key.
• The incoming call is answered and the original call is placed on hold.

Note: You can reject an incoming call by pressing Reject while the phone is ringing.

End Call 

Using the handset: 

● Hang up the handset or press, or the  EndCall soft key. 

Using the speakerphone: 

● Press,  , or the EndCall soft key. 

Using the headset: 

● Press or the EndCall soft key. 

Note: When a call is placed on hold, you cannot press to end it. You shouldpress the Resume soft key to resume the call, and then press to end it.

To redial the last dialed number from your phone:

1. Press  twice. A call to your last dialed number is attempted.

To redial a previously dialed number from your phone:

1. Press  when the phone is idle to dial out the last dialed number.

2. Press or to select the desired entry from the placed calls list, and then press or the Send soft key.
