How to Set Up Your PIN

  1. Dial 5001 or press the Messages/Voicemail button on your phonephone.

  2. Enter your voicemail PIN when promptedprompted.

  3. At the main menu, press 5 - “Set Your Current Options"Options."

  4. Change your PIN: 

    1. Listen to the prompt to change your password

    2. Press 1

    3. Enter your new 4-8 digit PIN followed by #

    4. Confirm the new PIN followed by # when prompted

  5. Confirmation - You should hear a message confirming the PIN has been successfully changedchanged.

A default PIN may be set by your organizationorganization.
