How to Record Your Voicemail Greeting

1. Access the voicemail system using one of the following options:  
1. Dial 5001 or press the MessagesMessages/Voicemail button on your phone
2. Enter your voicemail PIN (ifwhen prompted)prompted
3. On the main menu, press 6 to change greeting
4. Next press: 
   • 1 to Record Greeting
   • Enter the greeting number you wish to record (default i s1) 
5. Wait for the tone, then speak your greeting clearly
6. Press the # key when you are finished
7. You will be given options to: 
   • Listen to your greeting 
   • Re-record it 
   • Save it
