How to Record Your Voicemail Greeting

1. Access the voicemail system using one of the following options:  
2. Dial 5001 or press the Messages button on your phone
3. Enter your voicemail PIN (if prompted)
4. On the main menu, press 6 to change greeting
5. Next press: 
   • 1 to Record Greeting
   • Enter the greeting number you wish to record (default i s1) 
6. Wait for the tone, then speak your greeting clearly
7. Press the # key when you are finished
8. You will be given options to: 
   • Listen to your greeting 
   • Re-record it 
   • Save it
