How to Record Your Name

1. 1. Dial 5001 or press the Messages/Voicemail button on your phonephone.

2. 2. Enter your voicemail PIN when prompted

3. 3. On the mail menu, Press 5 for Set Your Current Options

4. 4. Record your name:

   1. Listen to the prompt to record your name
   2. Press 2
   3. Follow the prompt and record your name and the press # when done. 

Confirmation - Press 1  to be announced in the directory or Press 0 to not be announced in the directory.
