How to Change Your Voicemail Greeting

  1. AccessDial the5001 voicemailor system using one of the following options:

    • Presspress the dedicated Messages/Message/Voicemail key on your phone

    • Dial 5001

  2. Enter your voicemail PIN (ifwhen prompted)prompted

  3. From the Main Menu:

    1. Press 6 to Change Greetings

    2. Press 3 to Select Greetings

    3. Enter the greeting number you wish to use (Default is 1)

  4. The system will play the selected greeting to confirm.
