Extended or Shorten Ring Times

1. Login to UDT Voice PortalPortal.

2. Navigate to Answering Rules.image.pngimage.png

3. Edit the "Ring for" dropdown to extend or shorten ring times as desired (Default is 25 seconds).image.png


To specify Answering Rules during certain hours of the day, Time Frames can be utilized. See here for more information: Time Frames
