Add Other Recipients to Receive Calls

Adding

1. other recipients to receive a call

  1. Login to UDT Voice Portal
  2. Portal.

    2. Navigate to Answering Rules

  3. Click Edit on the specified Time Frame to change (i.e Default)

  4. Check "Simultaneous ring" and "Include user's extension" and "Ring all user's phones"

  5. Add other extensions and specify times for Ring Delay (Wait x amount of seconds before ringing specified extension)
